Katherine Heigl Blonde No More
Katherine Heigls outfit at the Tuesday, Aug 4, London premiere of her latest film, The Ugly Truth, was a green, glittery godzillaesque throwback to the Dynasty era. Ugh! Moreover, her hair is a light auburn now instead of her customary blonde — perhaps in a bid to be considered a more "serious" actor, Hollywood producers being notorious for believing blonde=no brains. Id stay blonde, Katherine, and just giveem the old Dolly Parton line: "Im not offended by all the dumb blonde jokes, because I know Im not dumb and I also know Im not blonde."
As for the movie, I saw it last weekend and, apart from a few crass bits, without which the movie would have been better, it was still a fun romantic comedy. Heigls chemistry with Gerard Butler sizzled on the screen, but then, not surprising. Who wouldnt want a bit of Gerard Butler in their lives :)
